In a nutshell, we do everything we can to leave you feeling delighted with your experience with us. Common sense, being human good old fashioned customer service rules. Everything below is a legal guideline but we can often be more flexible, we have a strong desire to leave you thrilled and delighted and work on the basis of achieving this.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us at info@impulsiveclothing.co.uk before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and Impulsive Clothing  for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be despatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. – please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

International Customers Our EU and international deliveries are now handled by our distribution partner Global-e (please see their privacy policy to understand how they record and secure your information as they become the Merchant on record).

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused except to try on*, and with the original packaging.

Pre Christmas (from October) we are super flexible regarding returns and exchanges. It’s obvious if an item has been simply just ‘tried on’ or if it’s been worn many times! if just tried on, we’ll accept returns for up to 2 weeks after Christmas for any item bought from 1st October, so you can order with freedom. (dependent on stock of course, but we always find a solution!)

We offer free UK returns for all UK returns, no cost to you whatsoever. Simply attach the returns label provided with your order to the parcel and send the item(s) back to us, either by visiting your local Post office or popping it into a Red Pillar Mail Box – it really is that simple! If you have lost your returns label, that’s no problem, please contact us.

Returning an item may affect a promotion that you were taking advantage of. For instance, if you used our ‘buy four items and get the cheapest free’ and then returned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the three kept items.

If all items from an order are returned, any free gift included with that order must also be returned.

Offer codes are independent of any other promotion and may be restricted and not combined with other promotions on the site or with any other promotional offer code. For example you will not be able to use a 10% code then add a further 5% code on top. Offer codes may also be withdrawn at any time without prior notification.

Currently we only offer eGift vouchers which are sent via email to the email address nominated when completing the order either immediately or on the day selected. We do not offer physical gift vouchers.

Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced for cash or credit on your account, a refunded voucher will go back to the voucher purchaser on the method they bought the voucher

All gift vouchers expire 18 months from the day purchased, vouchers can be fully or partially redeemed and no promotional discount
